FALL IS A-COMIN’! I have a ton of clients that ask me what I recommend for them to wear during their portrait sessions. What some of you might not know about me is that yes, firstly I am a photographer but secondly I am a TOTAL fashionista! In fact, I love it SO much that clients have asked me to come over and help them pick out what to wear for their session and it has been the highlight of my week (plus, I get to spend time with awesome people)! I put together a variety of outfits below that give you some sort of idea of what I would recommend for a fall or winter engagement session. Typically you have two to three outfit changes so I made a more causal look, a casual/dressy look and a more dressy look for the gals! First off, here are a few tips a) be YOU! Make sure what you choose to wear represents your personality…this yields the best results! b) be comfortable! think about where you are taking your photos and the weather conditions c) Be BOLD…the brighter your colors and the bolder your look, the more you tend to stick out within fall/winter surroundings…so bring on the studs and NEONS! *outfits created via Polyvore*
